Street heroin can be mixed with almost anything from mannitol, glucose, caffeine, quinine, little one powder, even rat poison!
But if you mean mixing as surrounded by combining heroin with other drugs, next there are moderately a few drugs that boost the potency of heroin (and also increase the risk of overdose)
1) First generation Antihistamines and anti-cholinergics - Diphenhydramine, Scopolamine (very risky and has kill many people), Pheniramine (and it's mixed derivatives), Promethazine
