iv been haveing knees and leg pain for former times few days more in my right knees it hurts to walk....and my legs grain heavy..the today i be changing my cloths and i but my hand above my neck and my shoulder cracked and it hurt material bad and its still sore in a minute...im so scared i hvae ms or something highly serious im 16....what can this be
