Depending on your age and circumstance, the best new med for anxiety is Klonopin. Then there are the old standbys; xanax and valium. Another type completely would be Prozac, Zoloft, Paxil, or Celexa. They all work great, but it depends on your circumstances. Good luck! :)

I would prefer to use something more natural,
I found Anise seed tea has a great soothing and calming effect.
1 tsp anise seed
2 cups water
boil
strain out seeds
add sweetner
enjoy.
