My dog has a rash on her belly and she is throwing up water/bile. Any ideas what could be wrong?

Take the dog to the vet. Geez.
i know your dog wont drink it but try it or she may get worse, get cranberry juice and put a pinch of salt if u have vanilla extract just put 1 drop, and add like 2 spoonfools of sugar add orange juice and apple juice of you have. worked on my dog!
Give her plain white rice and when you boil it put Like a beef bouillon in the water for flavor your pet should eat it just keep offering it to her it will make them well. I had a similar problem that's what the vet said to do. And it won't throw them off their regular diet.
good luck and watch what you use on their coats a change in cleaning product can also do that to them. (^_^)
