Hard to say... the old joke is that men finally get their heads together about the same time their bodies start failing.
I would say, it's all relative. I'm smarter about many things than I used to be, but I still have bad habits and frustrating weaknesses that have been with me as long as I can remember. it's never perfect, I think that's just part of the deal we are handed at birth. The trick is to never give up and always keep improving.
Part of the fun in life is continually growing and learning. How boring would life be if we reached a point we had it all figured out. Just do your best at every stage of life and enjoy where you are now. Don't look back at the end of your days and wish you hadn't spent your whole life waiting for it to begin.
