Question:
Pediatrician said it was a light form of a stomach flu, X-ray showed "constipation", family doctor suggested to give her food rich in fibre which I did. She is moving a lot in her bed trying to settle down but the pain in the stomach bothers her: she moans, wakes up at least once per night, her gases are coming out loudly.Calms down in the middle of the night only with a bottle of milk. Does not have a good sleep during the night, gets up in the morning tired and cranky. Her stool is O.K. now.There is no change in her appettite. She has a history of acid reflux ( off medication since April). My guess is that gases create pain in her stomach, but something triggering her gases. Any ideas or suggestions to relief her from the gases and/or stomach pain? Thank you.

Maybe a food allergy?
Wow.. it sounds to me like she is likely lacking some enzyme. I would recommend taking her to a nutritionist or natural doctor to see if they can find out what enzyme she is missing and/or the dose of enzyme that would be the best for her to take.
The sooner you take her, the better.. a low appetite and stomach pains are more of a concern for a small child than an adult.
It's always tough when it's a child, too. it's hard to watch, knowing that you can't do everything you want to, and it's harder to treat because a young child doesn't know how to vocalize the problem as easily as an adult could.
Maybe she's lactose and tolerant.
rub her belly. like a light massage. that helped my boys when they got sick witht he same type of thing. just be ready for the stink. just lay wioth her and try to make her feel better. hope she gets better soon
