Mix your mouthwash with some water. If its listerine that your using.. I suggest you mix some water.. And after I use mouthwash, I always wash my mouth with water afterwards. good luck!
I dont know why you would have to spit after??
unless when you use it and gargle you dont spit all of it out then?
when you use it use a small amount and swish around your mouth and gargle in your throught then spit it all out!! dont swallow.
Just swish a small amount.and spit it out .rince with water..The mouth wash probably just woke up your taste buds.
Maybe try a different kind.
