Answers:
It's not a big deal at all. Maybe a bit scary for your first time, but it's not that bad. The people who take your blood are so good at it that they can do it quickly and without much pain. It feels like a pinch and then before you know it, you're done! Sometimes people will bruise a little where the needle went in, but I haven't really had that happen (and I've had at least 5 blood draws!). Good luck!
You'll be fine and it'll be over before you know it. It only feels like a little pinch, doesn't hurt and takes about a minute. Not sure what magic cream is but I'm pretty sure you can't have it before your test (if you're fasting) but shouldn't be a problem afterwards.
You should be in and out of the office in a flash! Blood tests really don't hurt and they're a necessary part of life : ) You can read all about them at the link below. I'm sure it will answer any questions you might have:

It feels like a tiny sting
It doesn't hurt
I don't know what magic cream is.
It takes about 30 seconds at the most
It just feels like a bit of a pain where the needle goes in. It stays there for a few seconds, and then disappears and they tell you they've finished.

Best thing is to look away.
A blood test is nothing. The needle is really tiny, it's not going into muscle only through a thin layer of skin and into a vein. So it's less painful than a shot.

I think the magic cream is numbing cream. If your really freaked out I'm sure they will let you try it.

Giving blood is different. That needle is like a garden hose and it takes 10-20 minutes depending on how fast you can bleed out a pint.
its a tiny scratch youll be fine they only use one syringe to get all they need then put a plaster on it-i dont think the magic cream works that well-just go ahead youll be ok
It doesn't really feel like anything - just a tiny scratch - you've probably done worse accidentally with a nail file or picking up a piece of broken glass or crockery. I assume that by magic cream you mean a local anaesthetic? It's really not necessary but if you ask the nurse could probably use a wipe that will numb the spot. It takes about 1 minute.
oh dw about it, i've had loads! one time they had to collect 6 tube things, didn't hurt a bit, its when u have an injection like in ur upper arm it hurts, i mearly broke a friends hand when i had onem but blood tests are easy! i gt to a point where i found them fun! sad i no
This cream is generally only used on small children. It has little effect on their perceptions of having blood taken as the real problem is not pain, which is minimal, but fear. Generally syringes are no longer used, a needle is inserted and the blood sucked out directly into the tube, which is a vacuum.
Yes it hurts cos they normally miss the vain about 3 or 4 times
HAVE A NICE DAY.
I've had loads and they've never missed a vein. Its a slight sting. They'll wipe it with an anticeptic wipe, no cream.
Just remember, the thought is worse than it actually is. It'll take 20-30 seconds to do! x
