I don't faint often, I did once or twice when I saw my sister getting a shot. Ew. But I do get really lightheaded and dizzy and stuff, and I will faint if I don't think about 'happy' things. Just close your eyes and think of puppies and unicorns and cupcakes... it sound stupid but it works. =]
i think its just mental...the last time i fainted was when i was getting blood drained for some tests...(so it wasnt that much)...i was fine until i saw the blood through the tube...the only thing that re-asures me it was mental was because i have such a phobia for blood...i think until u sit down and make urself watch certain things...ull keep fainting...u have to get over it
