Is it possible to hit a toxic level of Vitamin A without taking supplements or eating liver?

Question:
I'm trying to put together a meal plan based on vegetables, but I've noticed that with as little as 3 sweet red peppers, the Vitamin A content goes sky high, which can lead to bone issues according to many sources. Will the body process it differently when it's in natural form, keeping the toxic condition from happening?

Answers:
How ould you know that your Vit A has gone up. Too much of food rich in Vita A for prolonged periods will cause vita A toxicity.
My friend lived on carrots, her skin turned orange. Toxic levels of vit A. Another one ate too much papaya, again, she turned orange.

All things in moderation, including things that are good for us.

Note, these are eating lots every day for a prolonged period of time to get to toxic levels.

The good news is, once they stopped eating it their levels normalised with out too much drama.
