A natural - drug free- way to internally clean your body?
Question:
What are other, more natural ways, of ridding your body of toxins? I drink a LOT of water, I'm sure thats one way. I've heard that toxins are released in your sweat sometimes - i sweat a LOT. I go to the gym and work out - I work at a childcare center where i'm always running around (even in this heat)..
What other natural ways can I get rid of the toxins in my body? Any kinds of food or certian vitamins/minerals that would help in the process?

Well i read these articles, seemed quite interesting.
Drink natural fruit juices. And water... lots of it.
Eat a lot of green leafy vegetables... with a lot of fibre...
eat less.and have more activity...and less stres
more fiber and more water
Just, I have no idea, see a specialist, water is one of best to get rid of poison in your whole system, don't eat to many fast foods(how many I don't know, but very few) and sweating is the one way your body gets rid of some unneeded chemicals, through your urine and bowl movement is another way.
