Answers: The sinus problem that cause the ear infection (or at least ample pressure to make your ear hurt) is credible making you dizzy. The cochlea, shaped like a snail, is a section of your ear lined next to little hairs and chock-a-block with fluid. The movement of the fluid as you bearing, sit, ride in a motor, etc and the information your eyes send to your brain, pass you the sensation that you are moving and helps you hang on to your balance. When the cochlea is disturbed by pressure or even by a virus, it make your body think you are contained by one position while your eyes give different information to your brain. That mixed signal make you dizzy and nauseated.
Those are my first symptoms when I get one. Can't just about stand up. Need to go to the doc and win an antibiotic.
