Weel u could look on the internet, local library, or ask your family doctor. I think u shold really ask yourself if brestfeeding would be right for u. It takes alot of time and energy. I've always heard brest milk is the best good luck!
You can talk to your doctor for pamphlet on the matter also the WIC department or hospital in the maternity ward. They will offer great advice. My baby just turned 1 and she is still nursing. We are very close I call her my shadow because where ever I go she follows me. It helped her to feel close to me and also made me feel as though I could provide for her.
Goals and objectives? Are you kidding? It's to feed a baby so it can live. Please tell me you're smarter than that.
