Another ear piercing question: I got my ears pierced an hour ago. They are slightly sore and rather red. How..

Question:
...long is it normal for them to be red and sore for? What should I expect?

Answers:
yes it is normal my dear..try to cool it up with an ice cube so that the sore will slightly dissappear..and clean also with a 70% isoprophyl alcohol to prevent from infection.
can take up to one week, so don't worry.
you just had holes poked through your ears!! expect them to be sore and red. Mine were like that for almost a week. got better each day though
mine were sore about a month
Few days to a week. Keep them clean!!, or you will get an infection.
i used combinations of sea salt and bactine to clean mine and they healed very quickly, neosporin once in a while will help too..make sure to rinse them thoroughly when you are showering.
There going to be slightly sore for about a week. Make sure you keep turning the piercing. Also take a cotton ball and soak it into Isopropl Alcohol and turn the earring around. This will keep any infection from coming in. This will also help with the redness. It might feel good to put like a cold washcloth on your ears or the one that might be sore.
It is normal, don't worry about it.
Clean them twice a day, but no more than twice, and don't play with them.
