I Want To Increase My Height 4 to 5 inches?

Question:
I am 28 years old. I am short, not too short, but I WISH TO INCREASE my height by 7cm. What post-growth herbal products can I embark on to achieve this aim?

Answers:
You are asking for the impossible.

You could always pray for a miracle.
None. there is no growth after the growth plates on the long bones fuse. You would have to have a very painful orthopedic surgery to gain any height.
to tell you the truth, go natural.

But there are some considerations of the human growth hormone thats responsible for growth.
:) gluck
Dude, I believe your finished growing. Do not buy into herbal, or any type of growth shots. Its B.S
Well, i heard that once you're past 21 you stop growing. The healthier you eat the healthier your cells work. Eat well and i cant say i have ever heard of a herbal formula that increases height. Be happy with your height, all my friends are taller than me. Just accept it.
No go sweetie. Height is determined by genetics and the nutrition you got as a child. Be happy with who you are and the height that you have. What you need is confidence, not increased height.
