Can I pull my arm back so I dont have to have a bloodtest?

Question:
Tommorow I'm going to the docters and I might need a bloodtest! Can just not give them my arm so I wont need a bloodtest? Or how can I make it hurt less?

Answers:
Don't look, it's a small needle anyway!
Grow up.
If you need the blood test take it.Just look the other way.Don't look at the needle .They don't hurt anyway. It's just a small poke and then your done.Buck up and be a man!
don't be scared. blood tests are not that bad. if you have a nurse who knows what they are doing it will feel like a misquito bite, after they take your blood, no matter what they say, do not bend your arm (don't put your wrist next to your sholder) this causes a hemotoma (big bruse). just relax and don't look when they are taking the blood. you will do fine. i take blood for little kids everyday. you just need to relax and realize that the person taking your blood does this everyday, peoberbly 50 times a day. they know what they are doing.
i don't know your age but tou have the right to refuse any medical treatment you do not want. if you are a minor your parent has the right to over rule that decision for you. just take a deep breath turn your head and think of your happy place. it will be over before you even know it was done.
take some painkillers before you go, and see if they will let you use some numbing cream which you can buy from walgreens, with a local anesthetic in it.
to be honest the last time i went for a blood test it didnt hurt at all
