Exercises to get rid of bum cellulite?
Question:
(I also have cellulite on my legs, so any tips for that would be good too.)
Answers:
Running has worked the best for me. I try to run at least 3 times a week for 2 miles without stopping. If you aren't athletic don't stress. Start out with like an 1/8 of a mile until you can build up to it. I also cut out desserts and soda. Running is the best for legs and butt. That's the only thing that gets rid of my die-hard cellulite.
When sitting at your computer keep tensing your bum, that should help a little.
Try swimming that helps
well i would stop eating fatty foods, or cut down on it. tensing your bum muscles helps tones your bum, also when you wash get an exfoliating scrub to break down the fat, also running or even walking will help your legs. Also use a good moisturizer after you wash to help tone and firm your legs and bum.Good luck :)
Walking, walking, walking. that's the cheapest, and probably as fast as cycling (better if you don't have a bike). Massage also helps. get your favourite male to do that, and whatever he wants to do afterwards will probably get a pound off (as well as you), too.
If you need guidance, see your local Gym, and they will be happy to do a program for you.
hemroid cream preapreation h is good for that just put it on in the evening before you go to bed i use it for dark ring's around my eye's as well in a week you should see try it i have COPD i can't run so i have to do what i can
First, make sure your diet is in check...this is what really matters in the end. Eating low fat foods, complex carbs, and moderate protein.
Second, I just want to note that there are no spot specific exercises. For example, if someone has a gut, you can't lose it by just doing sit ups/crunches all day.
Third, find a good workout routine. Most doctors state that you should have at least 30mins of physical activity a day. If you are really out of shape, start out slow, and work your way up. Some high repeition exercises are good and then cardio afterwards. Or cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and then workout later in the afternoon. If I were you, on the workout routine, you can focus on working out your legs twice a week; ie: squats, leg extensions, leg curls, lunges, etc. Our legs are the largest muscle group in our bodies and will boost your metabolism to help you burn fat.
The main thing is diet though! And good luck!
