Stomach problems when running?

Question:
I run regularly but recently after about 10 or so minutes of running I get a feeling in my stomach that I've never gotten before. It's kind of feels like pressure but it's also a little bit painful, does anyone have any ideas of what this could be because I'm clueless and kind of worried. Thanks!

Answers:
It could be that you ate food, you have some pressure from gas, you have water sloshing around, your mind comes up with reasons for you to stop running.

A bunch of different answers.

Try experimenting with how much you eat and how long before you go. Or if you go to the bathroom before you run. Think of the different things that affect your stomach, and track what works and what doesn't.
it's to do with the motion when your running. your stomach and everything in it is being jolted around and mixed up. you will probably get diarrhea after a while too so watch how often you go running because it can be a cause of IBS as well. as soon as you start to feel uncomfortable stop running, let your stomach settle itself and continue the run if you feel you can. otherwise choose a better form of exercise.
take a dump.
