Sleeping disorder?

im having a siesta

what is this?
is it fatal?

Answers:
It's called Sleep Paralysis and most people get it at some point in life. Basically, when you are asleep a switch in your brain flips on that tells your body that it's not allowed to move. This protects you from accidentally harming your self while you dream. Normally that switch flips off when you wake up, but every once in awhile you will wake up and that switch will remain flipped on and you won't be able to move. It's honestly nothing to worry about, although it can be an absolutely terrifying experience.
Nell is right. It happens to me a lot. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/sleep_paral...
