Answers: Ouch! Sounds like an ingrown down. Unfortunately since it is down there it'll lift much longer to go away unless you do it yourself. After a shower try squeezing it again since the hot sea will make your pores widen. After you squeeze it you'll probably see a little curls sticking out of the pore. If you can, pull it out near a pair of tweezers and you will grain better almost instantly.
