eat healthy and work out.
eat nothing fatty foods. its the unhealthy way but the easiest. double your meal intake and you'll see a difference. I went from 130lbs in June of 2006 to 155lbs in February of 2007 and that 25lbs is noticable on me. just eat meats with protien. you'll get it.
peanut butter, pastas, breads
thats how I was until I started strength training (light b/c Im a girl) but it really helped. You should start with small weights and work yourself up.

Eat nothing but fast food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. But be careful if you put on too much weight it is harder to get rid of than to gain. I'm 5' 10 used to weigh 120 lbs less than 3 yrs ago and had the same problem as you. I wanted to gain some weight because I had bones sticking out everywhere. I now weigh 200 lbs and can't get rid of the weight. So be careful what you wish for.
