I just ate 2lbs of saw dust. is this going to hurt me?

Interesting. I would call up a doctor or go to your local pharmacist. Dude. If it is very sickening, take a very small amount of ipecac (a potentially deadly vomit inducer that helps with poison when used a teaspoon full at a time)-tablespoon. Wood shavings can, however, when inhaled, cause respiratiory problems (that of the lung), Or possibly dry up your insides. This is really making me think! Please see your doctor! Just walk into a clinic or call and ask for the advice nurse!

You better know what kind of wood it was. Some types of wood are poisonous. I wouldn't eat sawdust from a black walnut tree!

I feel that you probably should see your doctor with a sample of the sawdust because of fungicides.
I also wonder whether there would be a risk of intestinal obstruction-due to the sawdust clumping
