why did u start and maybe stay with a friend that does not smoke and that friend will help u not smoke stay with them unyil u dont feel like smoking anymore

I used to smoke like a pack a day. I smoke when I drink. I smoke when I'm stressed from studies. Now I only smoke when I'm out drinking and when I feel like it only. I probably only smoke like twice a month or something like that.
