I am really sorry from the other day and I have cheer tryouts tonight I already stretched what should i do?

Should I take a warm or cold bath, and what else should i do

A cold bath would be best for sore muscels. Also try taking some aleve or motrin for the pain. Try icy hot while at practice, it makes you smell but it's not that bad, also if you're a base, put pressure on ure arms, it helps.

Try to walk it out and if you have a pool or pool access you could swim. A warm bath never hurts.

God, stop being such a Cheertator. Take a cold bath because warm baths will actually cause your sore muscles to inflame and hurt worse. The cold bath will bring down any swelling.
Take a warm bath, dry yourself and get dressed. Same as any other day.
Nothing to worry about, you're prepared, you've practised and you'll be fine. I'd wish you luck, but your talents outweigh any such luck.
