Human growth hormone or HGH is what doctors can prescribe for height and growth issues. It's pretty controversial especially in the sports world. If I understand correctly it will only help with height during your natural growth period. Considering you are 18 and l believe female, your natural growth period may be over.

If you are female, 5'2" is not overly short. Many men love petitte women. I would suggest not to worry about it and just concentrate on keeping yourself in good shape - that's what's gonna get you noticed :-)
There's no natural way to "make" yourself grow. If you're that concerned about your height you can look into growth hormone. If not then, got milk?
basketball and swimming
also, talk to a doc, mayeb there's something else.
Meg, at 18 you are most likely completely done growing.
engage in sports. play basketball! stretching helps alot

Petite is HOT! You don't need to grow!
I'm 31 and I'm 4'11 and I LOVE IT!
You can't make yourself grow anymore. At the age 18 you stop growing, DUH!

"Great things come in small packages"

old torture techniques

tie yourself up to chains on both ends; your wrists & ankles and have someone crank those chains up tight each an every night, slowly stretching you out!
Hi Meg,

Maybe you can try wearing heels... I mean, girls stop growing taller after a certain age..

I'm 5 feet 2 too.. and I dont mind being short.. plus i'm 23.. so ur not so bad alrite..

*winks*
You can't make yourself grow, it has to happen naturally, and since you are already 18, it isn't likely that you will grow any taller. I know someone who had to get some sort of injections in their legs to grow taller for medical reasons, but I highly doubt you would be able to do that if you don't have a diagnosed condition. Just wear heels!
will worrying make you grow any taller? than dont worry about it. accept yourself and love yourself for who you are. were all good people inside.
basketball,biking

sergury
well if you are a female you stop growing when you are 14 even being 5'2 isn't bad I am the same too 5'2
There is no way to 'make' you grow. You are the size you are. There are procedures that doctors can do like bone stretching or hormone therapy, but not only are those extremely expensive but the doctor will not perform them on you just because you want to be taller. Be happy with who you are. A lot of my friends are short and it makes no difference to them or to me. Maybe your hormones might kick in and you might grow a little but don't count on it. And if they did I doubt you would grow 3 inches.
What's the rush. As you said you're only 18. I think we will stop growing at 25. I'm way too older than you and I always wanted to be taller then I am but it's too late for me. By the way I'm 5ft tall. Now that is short for a woman whose old enough a be a grandma.
Hi 18 year old. 5'2" is a good height, only if you are not obesed. If you are, lose the weight! and you'll get taller. If you don't get taller then you are meant to be the height you are." AWORD FROM THE WISE" DONOT TAKE ANYTHING FOR THIS unless it is a vitamin that you are lacking in a deficient.
