my head feels cloudy all the time and i feel weaker than i used to, sometimes my arm shakes when holding up a catalogue or a few plates. sometimes i feel tired and get out of breath easily (i do have mild asthma, but it rarely affects me) what could it be?

your head feeling cloudy could be from a sinus infection. feeling weak and out of breath easily sounds more like anemia. anemia can also cause the cloudiness in your head. you can get a simple blood test done to check for it at your doctors
