A week ago, I got a pretty bad sunburn on the tops of my feet. About 4 days later, they started to itch really bad. They're not peeling, but they have little red dots all over them. This has never happened before, and the aloe gel isn't really helping all that much. Any advice?

May sound silly but try Vaseline it is wonderful for all skin problems and cheap.
You probably have a touch of sun poisoning. the uv rays are much more harmful now than they were 5 years ago because of the ozone deteriorating. try some caladril .
