Hello i am 5 foot 8 in grade 8 and i need only 3 inches to touch the rim what can i do to touch the rim by nov

Not a thing. 3" is a lot to hope for in 3 months. You're in puberty and you have to be patient. Not everyone grows at the same time. One of your friends might suddenly have a growth spurt, but that doesn't mean you will at the same time.
There is nothing you can take or do--no supplements, vitamins, herbs, drugs, foods, drinks, sports, stretches, exercises, jumping-----nothing is going to make you grow faster than you're supposed to.
what's the rim? your taller in a morning before gravity starts to pull you down, but you can't stop that, and you cant make yourself grow taller, but if you find a way tell me!
Stretch your entire body... so you feel good and relaxed physically.
Run up and down stairs or staircases, with only your toes touching the stairs and your heels up (you can also add the treadmill to doing that).
Also, if you ever use the gym, instead of too much weightlifting, i recommend mostly doing "pulling" excercises for your calves, hamstrings, your glutes ... and other leg muscles.
