How much do you pay for long term health insurance? And who do you have it with?

Question:
My mom is 59 years old and in relatively good health. I am thinking about getting long term health care insurance for her. I know this varies per person and situation but I am trying to get a feel on how much this stuff usually costs without having to fill out a bunch of random online quotes on the internet. Any information you can give me is helpful. Thanks.

Answers:
Call or visit a local independent agent. This person can search the market in your area and give you a general idea of what the premium would be for the benefits she wants. They don't charge you any extra for the service and will be there as a local "go to" person when you have questions about the policy.
