What specific medical or Health care requirements requirements to Scientologists need?

Question:
I know they refuse psychiatric help, eat placentas and believe in silent births but are there anymore? Are there any rituals after death (eg. jews may only be touched by other jewish people)?
I am a nursing student doing work on this in Spiritual Care class...
and yes, I have yahooed and googled this and are able to find little info...

Answers:
That I know of, there are no specifically "Scientologist" rituals associated with death. Scientologists do believe that our "true selves" are neither mind nor body but spirit, and that we are eternal and move from body to body over time, so in that respect I doubt very much that they care a great deal about what happens to their "flesh vessel" after they move on.
This may help. Websites: brainblogger.com and alternet.org. Good luck.
google scientologist many websites...
