Is your sleep pattern all messed up? Why? What are you doing to fix it?

Gosh yes! It's gotta be something in the water. Even the ladies at work are having the same issue.

I find that a beer in the evening makes for smoother sleeping.
I don't take daytime naps...If I don't sleep at night, I'll FORCE myself to stay awake that following day, and then head to bed around 10pm (weekdays), to get a good eight hours of shut-eye. I don't drink caffeine after 4pm, as it keeps me up at night! Also, I make sure to keep physically active during the day--to wear myself out enough, so my body will WANT to sleep at night!
My sleep pattern is super screwed up because I am not working and I am not in school right now. And my mom has gone on a 2 week trip so I have the whole house to myself. Because of this, I have no discipline.

Today I woke up at 2 am. Before that I woke up 10 pm, and before that, 7 pm. So I am not actually on a 24 hour cycle. I am waking up later each day and staying up late.

But this is how I plan on fixing it: On the day that I wake up at around 9 am (which will probably be in like 3-4 days) I will stay up and go to sleep early and wake up at the same time no matter what. It will make the transition a lot easier.

Good luck.
Melatonin 30 minutes before bedtime does the trick for me.
