I eat good food, but i still have gas.?

My friend she eat alot of food, she is skinny and she doesn't fart. I have gas like all the time. Is that normal or do i have a bad stomach?

Your friend is not telling you the truth.
Eating a good diet with plenty of fiber , will make all people pass gas.

If you are bothered by excessive gas, try an otc medicine and see if that helps.

well passing gas means your healthey, so
maybe she's just telling you she never gets gas so she can appear perfect. i would bet her s h i t stinks as bad as the rest of us.
Eh, I'm a very gaseous person, I think it runs in my family. Everybody farts, however, remember that. Some people just do it quietly, are better at holding it in, or they simply aren't smelly.
You are just eating gassy foods which are usually foods that are good for you.

Try Beeno or Gas X (you can buy at the store) and that should help reduce the gas in your system.
It is healthy for you to expel WASTE gas at least 14X a day. Your skinny friend probably isn't healthy in other areas because she holds on to that toxic gas or isn't digesting properly which might be why she's so skinny. Gas is like #1 and 2, it is waste and must come out.

Try to stop some of the food you eat, one by one, and try to figure out which one make you has gas; lots people can not used to milk. Some time when you do not chew food long enough and food stay in GI track too long, can have gas also. When you take fiber to cleaning your GI track, don’t forget to drink lots water; water, fruits, vitamin C, and K is very good for you.
