well I broke my wrist in 2 places by tripping in falling a compression break, trying to save my head and used my hand instead..
Accidents happen the freakest of ways and it is miserable.

stand on a table an jump falling on your arm. if this doesn't work then do it again and again. hope it really hurts.
i have broke my arm while i was working out.i put on too much weight and even i saw it was difficult to hold it and i continued so my arm couldnt stay in its position.
why the hell would u want to break ur arm!?
