do stretching exercises first before doing any rigorous activities. if the problem persists, you might want to go to the doctor and let them check your knee. there might be a problem with it that you're just not aware of.
Make sure you have proper arch supports in your shoes. Maybe see a podiatrist to get a professional opinion. A hot bath with epsom salts always helps me after a game. Some pain reliever like Tylenol is always an option. Be careful--some of my friends had some really expensive knee surgeries from soccer.
