A good thing for you to do is to bring your daughter over to a doctor. The doctor will know if it is indeed good for your daughter to just have outpatient rehabilitation. He will be equipped with much knowledge to give you recommendations with regard to alcohol rehabs. The links below will also be able to help you out. If the doctor says that your daughter is really in need of inpatient rehabilitation, though, you can find rehabs wherein they have programs that allow the mother to join in on some of the therapy and counseling sessions. Good luck!
I don't know what your situation is but from personal experience I would recommend inpatient treatment. Yes she will not be with you at home, but inpatient is much more intense that outpatient. I found it was much easier to fix "me" without having to face all my other problems that I was running from while I was drinking. Yes you have to take responsibility for your actions, it was just helpful to learn about my disease without the outside crashing in. Inpatient provides feeling of safety and you are surrounded by others going through the same things you are. I actually started as an outpatient, almost relapsed, and put myself into inpatient. I now have a year of sobriety. I hope you and your family will be able to work through this. Family support plays a large part in recovery. I wish you the best!
