If im 15, which vitamins can i get the most out of, adult (like 1 a day mens, or a-z) or childrens (like flintstones, etc)
im not sure whether adult vitamins have the correct nutrients for a boy to grow to his potential etc
or if childrens isnt potent enuffF?

I would go to a health store and talk to someone and they would have info about different vitamins that would be good for you to take.
it depend's on your body frame. how tall are you how heavy are you. if you like say 5"7 then take men's i think.children's are for 10 year old' and younger
