What emotions most frequently cause you to binge?

I usually binge when im stressed out or (most commonly) depressed.

Usually, people binge when they're stressed out. It can also come from TRYING TO AVOID feelings of:sadness, guilt, fear, anger, sexiness, envy, jealousy, resentment, or even feeling they are too happy & don't deserve it!
depression, anxiety, mania or hypomania, boredom, basically, any emotion if not well balance can cause a binge
You seem to be looking for confirmation that binging is common and normal among all people. It isn't,,,it is an emotional illness that needs attention ( yes, there are many people with the same illness as you ). See your family doctor and ask him/her to refer you to the proper treatment. It seems like nothing now, but give it 10, 15, 20 years, and you'll need 10,15,20 years of therapy and be in and out of hospitals.
I do it when I'm feeling very low about myself, or just depressed.
