The white part of my eye is red??

Question:
the inner corner of my eye, near the tear duct has like this red line going all the way to my pupil. it's all red around there, but it doesn't hurt, and it's only affected my right eye. i tried visine but the line keeps coming back. i've worn contacts for six years and this has never happened before. what do i do to make the redness go away? :/

Answers:
stop smokin weed
what you have is a broken capillary. It doesn't hurt, and it isn't any cuase for alarm. This usually happens if you cough, or strain yourself. It will go away in a matter of weeks. You're right, Visine does nothing for it. It just has to heal is all.
I got something like that a coupla times. It didn't hurt, but it was itchy & I wanted to rub it all the time. The only thing that worked for me were cotton pads soaked in chamomile+tea(equal amounts of both) placed on the eyes for 15-20 min, opening ur eyes several times under the pads to allow the liquid to get into your eye & heal it.
If u don't have chamomile, tea pads or regular tea bags are pretty effective too. They're beneficial to the eyes in general, so if it doesn't work, it won't hurt to try, anyway. Just don't forget to remove your contacts first, because you don't want them to get stained. Best of luck!
