I just read an article on WikiHow about gum- in particualar Orbit, and it has ingredients in it that are very bad for you and can make you depressed, ruin your vision and give you migranes. Is there anything else I could use or do instead of chewing gum? It helps me have good breath and it's also something to do instead of fidgiting. (no idea how to spell that)
