Not much you can do unless you have had formal training. I had a martial arts master that said he would just take the gun away from him, but that isn't practical for average people :-) The best thing to do is cooperate and try to get away if you can. Try to get to a busy place, someplace where people can get help. And never get into a car with anyone with a gun, they are most likely going to take you somewhere and kill you anyway. Kick scream, put up a fight at least. If they are going to shoot you eventually, at least this way you have a chance. The best advice really is to avoid these situations altogether.

well if you have cat like reflex's I'd knock it out of his hand. But I don't... and that would be a stupid thing to do on any bodys part... so I'd pretend to like faint or something then kick him in the nuts and take the gun...

I don't think anyone knows what they would do but . . . . if it were me I would kick him in the nuts and then knee him in the face and run like hell!!
Try and attract atention to the situation without getting yourself killed. Don't make any sudden movements, or aggrivate the person holding the gun. if you can get somewhere public. Outside of that there isnt much to do.
I would freak out. And depending on what they told me to do-I would either do it or get shot. Like if they told me to go with em, Id get shot. If they told me to get on the ground-Id listen.
if he's close enough then try shooting your head toward him so that it goes past his gun. then if he's holding the gun with one hand go toward his inside flank, hook your arm(bent) aroud his elbow, jerk it hard, and break his arm. if he's holding it two handed then try to go under the gun and toward his midesction and flat out tackle him and try to wrestly the gun away from him before he can recover. this is just what i would do anyways.
