I always get confused over the direction in which direction my bus/train is going,?

the worst is that the work place where i commute daily by train iam comfused that the train is going to the wrong direction please healp me what is this

Answers:
This isn't a health question... that's why you haven't received answers. All I can really say is... find a way to stop getting confused over this. Study the train route or something... whatever you have to do so you don't go the wrong way... that would be bad!
