When i tell the doctor about my anxiety......

Question:
when i tell the dr about my anxiety and depression problems on thursday will she put me on the sick??????

Answers:
You must tell her EVERYTHING. That's the only way she'll know which medication is best for you. I'm so proud of you for getting this handled. As a fellow sufferer of both, I can promise you that in one week (two tops) you are going to feel soooo much better!! The anxiety med will work immediately. Hopefully the anti-deppressant too. But don't worry if you're down in the dumps for just a few more days. I wish you the best of luck!~! Remember to tell her everything. If you end up crying, that's OK. Now go get fixed!! :)
What's "the sick?"

If it's a psychiatrist, she will probably give you one thing for depression, another for anxiety, and probably a third for sleep. . . .

If it's a regular doctor, she will probably just refer you to a psychiatrist.
No. She will be very understanding.

She may suggest pills. But you could also ask her about brief therapy.

Sometimes you need to just sit back and think about how you manage your thinking.
You need to train your thinking. And, you are the trainer.
