Answers:
Is she still alive ? ...Kick her in the but before something bad happens ,,,Help Her
Do BOTH hunny : tell her doctor AND confront her.
And how do you know all of this? Sounds like you are obessed with your own sister. By the way, if she feels ok, then she ok.
yes that is very serious she may be anerexic!! tell her frist and then her doctor cuz maybe she can fix this problem by herself but if she keeps on doing this tell her doctor!
Wow! Does she have an eating disorder? Well, she needs to eat more. Way more. See a doctor immediatley!
You should certainly be concerned. You could confront her, but be supportive and not accusatory. If it's an eating disorder it will drive her away. Certainly bring it up with your parents, as well. especially if you're worried and you think she is putting herself in serious danger.
I wouldnt "confront", but 250 a day is obviously a red light for an eating disorder.

She needs help.

Get her family, friends together and have one of those "interventions". You can find someone to head it pretty easily. There are "coaches" out there that will help.

Then the medical treatment and psychological treatment can start, but she needs to make the 1st move or the rest wont work. She needs to make the decision.
she really need some professional help
that's REALLY unhealthy. it sounds like she might have an eating disorder. i wouldn't confront her, most anorexics and bulimics deny they have anything wrong with them. tell your doctor or a trusted authority figure (teacher, counselor, etc)
