12, 4'8", and wanting grow taller?
Question:
Are there any exercises or vitamins that can help me grow taller? I researched human growth hormones, but they are very expensive. And even before I would use that, I want to hear some testimonials.
Basically, i'm looking for ways to increase my height. Thanks.

the most important thing to do (and prolly the most effective) is just to eat right and sleep right. if ur healthy, you'll naturally grow taller. =]
Your not as short as u think a friend of mine is 4'6'' and almost every girl in my class is shorter than me and I'm only 5'1'' and I'm 13 so don't worry its fun being short sometimes I want 2 grow taller 2 so ur not alone.
You might reach that goal before you stop growing all i would recommend is eating right and getting enough sleep.

Girls usually stop growing at the age of 15 or even earlier but as you are only 12 you should grow taller.
