Do your ears really actually continue to grow until you die? Does any other part of your body?

Question:

Answers:
actually it's your hair that keeps on growing not your ears.
Actually, everything on your face continues to grow until you die EXCEPT your eyes. They are the size when you are born as when you die. I think that's why little kids are so cute with the big eyes. So, yes, your ears do continue to grow.
Actually it's only your ears and nose that grow. It's a myth that your hair grows after you die, what happens is your skull appears to shrink when your skin begins to shrink on your head. The thinner the skin on top of your head gives the illusion that the hair continues to grow.
I'm not sure about ears but the myth of hair and fingernails growing after you're dead is false. They just appear longer due to the skin dehydrating which causes your fingertips and scalp to shrink. When this happens it looks like the hair and nails grew after death.
