How much is this Medication?

Question: I just brought my grandmother back from the hospital but am not sure how much this medication is. I tried doing some research but couldn't get an answer, same with calling some pharmacies, most of them are closed.

Lovenox 75mg
Coumadin 5mg
Protonix 40mg

How much is this in the states, no insurance.

There is no way to know how much it will cost as each pharmacy is different. Your grandma should be covered with medicare. Also I am wondering WHY they let her go home so late in the day the drug stores are closed already. That makes no sense as she will need her meds first thing in the morning. Will she be giving her own Lovenox shots every day or will you be giving them to her? I hope someone was instructed how to give these.
