Red Bull
sleep for nine hours instead of 8. does the trick for me. apparently in the fifties or sixties everyone slept for nine hours on average.
sometimes you "maybe" getting to much sleep.
Also you could be stressed
Maybe you need to take some vitamins!
you could be depressed.
i hope you find a solution to you problem though!
I find a glass of wine makes me sleep good and hard and i am ready to get up in the morn. but that is me!
I have the same problem you. What I do is move my alarm clock to the other side of my room, so that when it rings, have to get out of bed to push the snooze button. By then, I'm awake enough to know not to get back in bed.
dont want to sound to bad but it could be depression, think about it , do you actually want to go in to college ?
little tip might help , put the alarm clock on the other side of the room , then you haver to get out of bed to switch it off .
yea i have this prob theres nothing wrong with you. If you go to bed a bit earlier about 10pm it will help loads you need to start getting up early from now on to get ur brain into the sequence wake up to a fresh cup of coffee you will have to force yourself out the first few times and drink red bull thats what i did. Also some find a shower in the morning helps them wake up too.
There is a chance that u may be having bouts of wakening up several times during ur sleep without u having any memories of wakening up.
Do u sleepwalk?
I remember my mum telling me when I was a child of at least 12 yrs old, that I actually got out of bed went downstairs, bumped into my mum who was up all night in pain, I actually went into the kitchen and made both of us a cup of tea and biscuites and sat talking to my mum and drinking my tea, and eating my biscuites.
When we both finished our tea, I took cups into kitchen, I washed and dried them and put them away.
Next morning I got up from bed, my mum mentioned to me during breakfast that I should make her a cuppa like I did during the night. I wondered what she was saying, sher told me what happened, and to this day, I still cannot remember anything of that night.
