You could have surgery. They can tighten your vagina and even give you a new hymen, but even in such case you'd only be LIKE a virgin and not a real virgin... However, I'd ask you why is virginity so important? If you regret having sex and don't want to have sex any more, that's alright but you don't need to be a virgin for that. Just work it out within yourself and discuss it with a close friend if you need to.
