Tummy hurts?

My tummy really hurts. I didn't pull a tummy musle wreak I can still walk. I'm not hungry exact I think of food, & quality like im gunna puke. I tryed going to the bathroom and it didn't help out. I don't think im sick create I don't have other syntoms. Its making these strange sounds, but not like, grumbling. I perceive like im gunna puke, but im not. Please answer, im not hunch well at adjectives!
