Can't sleep at night?

Question:
Alright. As you know, it's summer. So of course I'm going to be staying up a lot. I stayed up for about 4 nights, sleeping in the daytime. I figured it would be easy to get back on my regular schedule again, because I've done it before, but I guess not..
Now I absolutely CANNOT sleep at night, period. At all.

Even if I lay there the whole night, the daytime just makes me tired.

Before all of this happened, not even night time made me this tired.
This is annoying because I have to go to a lot of places but can't because I always get so tired in the daytime. I wake up in the morning and go back to sleep too quickly to notice that I need to get up.

I don't want this to mess up my every day schedule, or I'm screwed once I go back to school. Not only that, but if I keep this up, I can possibly start getting sleep disorder symptoms.. because it's happened before, and it's not very wonderful..

So, how do I get my schedule back on track? I've tried pretty much everything to make me tired.

Answers:
You are going to have to make yourself stay up all day. If you can and not take a nap. Then try going to bed at about 9 or 10 at night. You should be so worn out that you can sleep. Set your alarm for about 8 in the morning. Then stay up all that day without any naps, and go to bed about 9:30 or so. Make sure you do not drink anything with caffeine in it after 2 in the after noon. In a few days about 4 or 5 you should be getting back to your normal schedule. Best of luck.
I know how ya feel I have sleep but I cant either
